This museum in Saigon, Vietnam displays a variety of archives. Outside the museum military war equipment such as AD Syraider, Vietnamese and American war tanks, mortars, and more are on display.

Concerning war crime, napalm and agent orange was discharged in vietnamese forests by American war planes. Effects of "defoliants" on the Vietnamese population are still present today.

Regarding acts of torture, tiger's cages were used in order to torture and kill prisoners.
