In the world, garbage remains a recurring problem which causes very serious pollution and damage to the planet and the people who live there; a problem that will affect generations to come.
It is very serious in developing countries, as these countries require and do not have the infrastructure.
Cambodian children work in garbage trying to find curtain plastic to recycle and maybe something to eat. In the
center of town Cambodian women carry the recyclables on carts trying to sell them.
In Southeast Asia, production costs and the labor force must be more controlled. It must be regulated so rich countries must pay more taxes when they when doing business in developing countries and polluting them. Now many workers are exploited by industrial companies of wealthy foreign countries. If well regulated these industries can help communities develop by providing work for the people living in povety.
